- In order to keep our rates low, we limit shipping to one shipment per order. Additional shipments will result in additional charges.
- Our system is designed to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Please bear in mind that, once an order has entered the shipping process, we cannot change or cancel your order.
Shipping Outside the Continental U.S.
Sorry, we do not ship catalogs or orders to international addresses. We ship only to addresses with a U.S. zip code.Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO addresses ship via the U.S. Postal Service. We do not ship express via the Post Office. Alaska & Hawaii customers may choose Next Day and 2-Day UPS.

Some items (such as furniture) may have additional shipping charges associated with them. These additional charges still apply to order that qualify for free shipping. Where applicable, large item charges are noted with each item throughout the store.
These rates are based on one shipment per order. Back orders delay your entire order. If all items are in stock, your order should arrive within 7-10 business days. Express Shipping rates, will be computed at checkout.
How Long Will it take to Get My Order?
This map shows the estimated number of business days it will take for your order to arrive (shipping via UPS ground) after it leaves our warehouse. If you believe your package will not arrive in time by using UPS ground, please choose one of the express shipping options when you check out.
When calculating transit time, do not include the day your package ships. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and UPS does not guarantee delivery times for residential deliveries.
We cannot ship UPS Ground to Alaska, Hawaii, or anywhere else outside of the continental U.S. In this case, you must select UPS Air or US Postal Service for shipping. Please allow additional time if your order ships to P.O. Box, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO or FPO addresses.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
When all items are in stock, most orders arrive within 7-10 business days (does not include Saturday & Sunday). Shipping may take longer during the holidays and bad weather. Please order early for any special events to avoid disappointment! Some items have additional shipping charges next to the price in the catalog, or in the description on this web site. Additional shipping charges are in addition to the standard shipping charges. We ship only to addresses with a U.S. zip code. Sorry, no international shipments.
V.I.P Service
If you would like your merchandise to be sent by standard shipping but receive expedited handling, please place your order by phone at 1-800-375-3943 and request V.I.P. Service. The cost is $10 per order. All in-stock items for V.I.P. orders ship from our warehouse the same day if you place your order by 11:00 am ET (Monday-Friday), or the next business day if you place your order after 11:00 am ET. Your order will usually be delivered within 1-7 business days (does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays), depending on your location and the delivery method used. V.I.P. Service is not available between Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Express Shipping
UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air services are available on phone and online orders for in-stock items only. Back ordered items will be placed on a separate order with ground shipping charges applied. (Minimum shipping charges apply.)Phone orders received by 11:00 am ET (Monday-Friday) will leave our warehouse the same business day. These are the only orders that will process same day. After 11:00 am ET, orders leave the next business day. Online orders may be subject to a one-day processing period before they ship. When calculating transit time, do not include the day your package ships and do not include Saturday or Sunday, or holidays.
Refund of shipping charges for delayed delivery will be governed by the UPS guaranteed delivery policy. Only the difference between our express rate and the standard shipping rate will be refunded. Standard shipping charges are not refundable once your order has shipped.
Address Corrections
Please check the accuracy of address information on your order. If an address correction is made en route, this can delay the delivery of your order by several days, may make the package undeliverable or may incur additional shipping charges. Other delays may be caused by address and zip code mismatches.The billing address you provide must be the address on file with your credit/debit card issuer. Incorrect address or zip code information nullifies any guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping to an Alternate Address
Orders may be shipped to an alternate address. As part of our credit card fraud protection, this address must be registered with your credit/debit card issuer as an address you have authorized to receive merchandise billed to your credit/debit card. If the ship-to address provided is not registered when we contact your card issuer, the merchandise will be shipped to your billing address.
